Greater Tech Holdings [GTH], announced today that it has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for its information security management system (ISMS) and risk management process. Established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the ISO certification follows a globally recognized security standard which provides a model for establishing, monitoring and improving an ISMS. GTH and its subsidiaries, techdashTM telecom and techdashTM communications, are certified for internal IT support and related services for the provision of design engineering, deployment engineering, RF engineering, installation, testing and network field tower and ground maintenance.

“GTH helps carriers, OEMS and enterprises maintain critical communications infrastructure and deploy their next generation networks,” said Scott Pickett, President GTH. “Our ISO 27001 certification assures each of our customers that we provide a comprehensive view of their IT landscape, and that their data is secure meeting the international standard for risk management, cyber-resilience and operational excellence.”By achieving this certification at both its corporate headquarters and two techdash primary operating offices, GTH has demonstrated its systematic and ongoing commitment to managing sensitive company and customer information. GTH also established a formal program to maintain the certification through Dekra, an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB)-accredited certification body.

“This certification solidifies our commitment to providing security and confidentiality for our customers,” said Mark Eakin, GTH IT Systems Administrator. “As we look ahead, this achievement is important for monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving our ISMS. Information security is built into our organizational processes, information systems and management controls. This will give our partners and customers confidence in their interactions with GTH and our family of companies.”
